The studio, in a paragraph.

Short: Altered Perspective Studios is a cross-media studio building original worlds — games, film, and print — where traditional craftsmanship meets bespoke, locally-run AI tools. Founded in 2026 by Richard and Owen Hammer.

Long: Altered Perspective Studios is a family-founded, cross-media studio working from Blacksburg, Virginia and Savannah, Georgia. Richard Hammer builds the studio’s own graphics engines and a locally-run AI toolchain; Owen Hammer directs the art. Their conviction is simple: the newest tools belong in service of the oldest craft. Every world starts by hand and stays authored by a person — the studio’s tools, which run privately on its own machines, exist only to give artists a longer reach. Their flagship, Parallax, anchors a growing universe told across game, comic, film, and print.
